Finding the Perfect Invitation
Weddings | Celebrations | Stationery | Calligraphy
Welcome! We are thrilled to have partnered up with the extraordinary talents of Rachel Browdy of RH Design to expand our offerings into custom luxury wedding invitations.
To start the creative process, we ask that you fill out our inquiry form. Once we've received your inquiry, we'll be in touch to see if you'd like to schedule an appointment, and we'll send you a link to an online Wedding Questionnaire. This allows us to learn more about you and your celebration so that we can be as efficient as possible with your time.
For your first appointment, we'll reserve two hours for you to consult with us and consider the various options. . While this may sound like a lot of time, it can take a while to get familiar with the options, browse samples and begin creating your invitation.

When you arrive, you'll get comfortable in our studio, where we'll review what we've learned from the questionnaire. Based on your needs, we'll share information and answer questions, and discuss the various types of papers and printing (engraving, letterpress, thermography, digital, foil stamping, etc.).
Then, it's time to get creative! With Rachel bringing her talents and vision to our team, we can now create a look that's completely custom for your celebration. We also represent a number of other vendors whose albums and samples you can browse and consider.

Sometimes, our clients fall in love with a particular look, design the invitation and place the order at their first appointment. Others want to consider the options and come back another time (or two) to get things finalized. Either way is perfectly fine. During these meetings, we'll discuss your budget, choose the various pieces and designs, and decide on your wording.
After your appointment, we can accomplish many of the follow-up tasks via phone and e-mail. We do have clients who live in other places, so working remotely and shipping to your destination is never a problem. This part of the process involves reviewing proofs and tweaking every aspect of your design until it's perfectly to your liking.

There are many variables that impact the amount of time that it takes from your first appointment until the final invitations are in your hands. However, the average amount of time it takes from when you approve your final proof until we receive the final product is generally about three weeks.
