With "The Essence" wine club, each month they’ll receive:
One red and one white wine, hand-selected each month
Expertly curated themed selections to suit the season
Monthly tasting notes and pairing suggestions
Complimentary wine tote with their first pickup
Monthly pickup at our studio on Shelburne Road
With "The Indulgence" wine club, we'll add a third bottle (such as a sparkling wine or other seasonal selection) to their monthly collection.
PLEASE NOTE: Wine clubs are NOT available to be shipped. Please be sure to select the "Pick up at studio" option when prompted to choose your delivery.

Sips + Surprises Wine Clubs - Gift Membership
1. Age Requirement
Membership is available only to individuals 21+. By purchasing, you affirm that you and all gift recipients are of legal drinking age. A valid ID will be required at each pickup.
2. Pickup Policies
Members must pick up their wines within 30 days of notification. Wines not picked up within this time frame will be forfeited without refund. If wines cannot pick up within the 30-day window (e.g., due to travel), we ask that the member contact us in advance, as extensions may be granted our discretion.
3. Storage and Quality
We will store all wines properly during the pickup window. Once picked up, we are no longer responsible for quality or condition.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to alcohol regulations, all sales are final, with no exchanges or refunds on wines once they are picked up.
We ask that all wines be inspected at pickup and damaged bottles reported to our staff immediately.
5. Membership Cancellation
Pre-paid gift memberships are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Members wishing to transfer the remainder of a pre-paid gift membership to another individual may do so by contacting us at tracy@shelburnegift.com.
6. Legal Compliance
We operate our club in full compliance with all laws regarding alcohol sales, distribution and consumption. Members agree to adhere to these regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Members assume responsibility for wine transportation, handling and consumption after pickup. The wine club, its owners and employees are not liable for any damages, injuries or claims arising from wine transportation or consumption.
8. Communications
Important member updates will be communicated via email. Members are responsible for keeping contact information current.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect only the necessary information to manage membership. Data will be securely stored and not shared with third parties.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters (fires, floods, storms, earthquakes), government actions, wars, terrorism, riots, supply chain issues or other extraordinary circumstances.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership, you confirm you've read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so may result in termination of membership.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
